Does anyone know of a project that provides cuda units
that don't need a stonking nvidia card to process them.
Even Seti has rejected my 8600GTS (256Mb) card as
being too light in the memory dept even though its able
to do 20 GFlops without any stress.
(was pushing seti units through at 1200ish rac).
Any ideas (other than upgrades) appreciated. _________________

I think that the minimum requirement is 512Mb for the cards on all projects. Silly I know. _________________

| Collatz conjecture probably the only one i can think of. Runs happily enough with my 8800gts which has only 300mb on it. RAC is way better than i got on SETI with the same card. Unless they have changed something since friday it should work for you. |

Thanks for that Rich_100
Collatz conjecture has quite happily given my little card
some work to do so it's not just sitting idle
will be interesting to see what it can achieve _________________
